Halflong Arabica Washed Green Coffee

This washed-process lot from Halflong's Dima Hasao hills is depulped and fermented before drying, stripping away the fruit to reveal the SL-9 varietal's underlying character directly. Compared to the region's more common naturals, the washed lot is brighter and cleaner — floral top notes, a light, tea-like body, and none of the wine-like intensity of the natural process. Grown above 950m in a cool, misty highland climate with strictly limited seasonal harvests.
