This honey-processed lot from Attikan Estate is pulped and dried with the mucilage intact on raised beds, capturing more of the cherry's sugars for a rounder, sweeter cup than the estate's washed lots. Grown up to 1,650m in the mist-laden Biligiri Ranjan Hills under a canopy of silver oak, fig, and citrus trees, this is one of India's highest-grown specialty coffees. Part of the Sangameshwar Coffee group, with final curing at the group's central facility.
