Attikan Estate's washed lot goes through pulping, fermentation, washing, and sun-drying on raised beds before final curing at the Sangameshwar group's facility. Grown up to 1,650m in the mist-laden Biligiri Ranjan Hills, this lot delivers the clarity and bright acidity typical of a well-managed washed process, layered over the estate's naturally complex, high-altitude character. Cultivated under a canopy of silver oak, fig, and citrus trees in terrain shared with elephants, bison, and over 100 bird species.
