This honey-processed lot from Karadykan Estate is pulped and dried with the mucilage intact, capturing more of the cherry's natural sugars than a fully washed lot. The result is a rounder, sweeter cup than the estate's washed lots, with the estate's characteristic clean base and smooth, aromatic finish carrying through. Grown at 1,100m under native shade canopy on a 620-acre estate within the Sangameshwar Coffee group.
