Koraput Washed Specialty is the top cut of the cooperative's washed harvest, ripe-only handpicked cherry, depulped and fermented in clean spring water, then shade-dried on raised beds and cup-selected before release. It carries the same floral, tea-like brightness as the standard Koraput Washed lot with tighter screen consistency and higher cup scores.
