Honey Sun-Dried Tirap Robusta is pulped and then dried with the mucilage intact on raised platforms, capturing more of the cherry's natural sugars than a fully washed lot without the heavier ferment character of a whole-cherry natural. The result is a rounder, sweeter Robusta with the earthy depth typical of the CxR cultivar. Grown at around 300m by Naga and Wancho tribal farming families in Arunachal Pradesh's eastern foothills.
