Tirap Robusta Washed Green Coffee

This washed-process lot from Tirap is depulped and fermented at small community stations before drying, removing the mucilage entirely for a cleaner, more consistent bean than the region's more common natural-process lots. The result is a Robusta with a straightforward, low-defect cup — bold body, low acidity, and none of the fermenty edge that can appear in poorly managed naturals. Grown at around 300m in the eastern Himalayan foothills by Naga and Wancho tribal communities.
